Tomb of Pir Ahmed ZahrnooshThe tomb of Pir Ahmad Zahrnoosh, a famous Iranian mystic and Sufi, is located on the southern edge of Abhar city in Zanjan province. This building, which dates back to the 6th and 7th centuries AH, has been registered as one of Iran's national monuments.Architecture:Pir Ahmad Zahrnoosh's tomb consists of two separate parts:The first part is the tomb, which is the burial place of three of Abhar's elders, including Pir Ahmed Zahrnoosh, Abul Fatah Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Muhammad (known as Ibn Beyzawi) and Abul Qasim Tahir bin Taher Shajami Neishaburi. This section has a brick dome and beautiful brick decorations.The second part is an old monastery, which has now been converted into the Abhar Anthropology Museum. This section has several rooms and a courtyard, where objects and accessories of Abhar people's life in the past are displayed.Importance:Due to its historical and architectural value, the tomb of Pir Ahmad Zahrnoosh, the burial place of a famous mystic and the presence of an anthropological museum, is considered one of the important tourist attractions of Abhar city.
