Main ingredients of tomato:

 * Tomatoes

 * Oregano

 * Onion

 * garlic

 * Chickpeas

 * Turmeric

 * Black pepper

 * Oil

How to prepare (briefly):

 * Fry the onion and garlic and then add the minced meat to it.

 * Add cooked chickpeas, diced tomatoes, chopped oregano and spices to the ingredients.

 * Fry the ingredients together and then add water to it and let it cook on low heat.
