The tomb of Kamal al-Molk

The tomb of Kamal al-Molk, a famous Iranian painter, is located in the city of Neishabur. This building was built in 1342, with the help of Hoshang Sihon, an Iranian architect, on the tomb of Kamal al-Molk.Architecture:The tomb of Kamal al-Molk consists of two separate parts:The main building: The main building of the tomb is a marble cube placed on a platform. On the four sides of this building, there are four stone pillars that support the arch. Inside this building, there is a tombstone of Kamal al-Molk.Yard: The yard of the tomb is a green and clean space that is decorated with different trees and flowers. In the middle of the yard, there is a pond that doubles its beauty.Decorations:The tomb of Kamal al-Molk is decorated using different elements:Inscription: Above the entrance door of the mausoleum, there is a marble inscription on which a poem by Malik al-Shaarai Bahar describing Kamal al-Molk is engraved.Painting: Inside the main building of the mausoleum, there are paintings of Kamal al-Molk's face as well as paintings of his works.Statue: A statue of Kamal al-Molk is installed in the courtyard of the tomb.Importance:As one of the important cultural monuments of Iran, the tomb of Kamal al-Molk is important in many ways:Preserving the memory of Kamal al-Molk: This tomb is a place to honor the memory of Kamal al-Molk, one of the greatest painters of Iran.Display of Iranian art and architecture: This building is an example of Iranian art and architecture, and its various elements, including inscriptions, paintings and sculptures, have been used as beautifully as possible.Tourist attraction: This tomb, as one of the tourist attractions of Neishabur city, welcomes many tourists from home and abroad every year.
