The ancient complex of Ashkaft Salman

Introduction:The ancient complex of Ashkaft Salman, known as Ghar Salman and Ghar Tarisha, contains a collection of precious petroglyphs and inscriptions from the Elamian and Achaemenian periods. This complex is located near the city of Izeh, in Khuzestan province, and is considered one of the important tourist attractions of this region.Historical and cultural importance:Ashkeft Salman has a privileged position in historical and cultural studies due to the existence of ancient motifs and inscriptions. This collection provides researchers and enthusiasts with valuable information on the history, culture and customs of the Elamites and Achaemenids.Patterns and inscriptions:The collection of Ashkaft Salman includes four reliefs and several cuneiform inscriptions, each of which carries a special message and tells the events and beliefs of the people of that time.First relief: This relief depicts Hani, king of Elam, praying to the god Tarisha.The second relief shows Hani and his wife praying to Tarisha's god.The third relief: dedicated to Hani's battle with enemies.Fourth relief: not fully recognizable due to extensive damage.Tourist Attractions:In addition to ancient motifs and inscriptions, which are among the most spectacular parts of Ashkeft Salman, the location of this complex in a mountainous area with good weather has created eye-catching natural landscapes that add to its charm.
