Taq Shirin and Farhad, a memory of love and tragedy in the heart of ZagrosTaq Shirin and Farhad, which is also known as Taq Farhad, Taq Garh, and Taq Bistun Koch, is a historical work related to the Sassanid period, located in Ilam Province, Ivan County, Zarne District, Chehl Azri Village, Teng Kushak. This work was registered as one of Iran's national works on March 17, 2001 with registration number 7969.love story:Taq Shirin and Farhad is a souvenir of Shirin and Farhad's love story. According to the narrations, Farhad, who was in love with Shirin, carved Biston Mountain on the order of Khosrow Parviz to get to the Shirin Palace. But Khosro Parviz, who was aware of Farhad's love for Shirin, ordered a big stone to be thrown on Farhad's head. Taq Shirin and Farhad was built to commemorate Farhad's love and tragedy.Architecture:Taq Shirin and Farhad is a stone arch that is located on the slope of the mountain facing southeast. This arch has a height of about 4 meters and a width of about 3 meters. The materials used in the construction of this arch include stone and mortar.
