Rangnik


Rangnik: a delicious and traditional sweet in the south of Iran

Rannik is one of the popular and traditional sweets of southern Iran, which has many fans with its sweet taste and soft and hearty texture. This delicious sweet is usually prepared on different occasions, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, and is known as a healthy and energizing dessert.

The main ingredients of the pigment:

 * Dates: Dates are the most important ingredient in the color of dates. Dates give this dessert a sweet and sticky taste.

 * Flour: Wheat flour or chickpea flour are among the flours that are used in the preparation of ranginak. Flour gives texture to the batter and makes it richer in flavor.

 * Walnut: Walnut gives a special taste and aroma to ranginq and makes it more nutritious.

 * Spices: Spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and saffron are used to flavor the color.

Types of ink:

There are different types of dye, each of which has its own preparation method and taste. Among these types, it is possible to mention mold color, ball color, jahormi color and roulette color.

 * Molded coloring: This type of coloring is similar to patterned sweets and is usually prepared in different formats.

 * Ball ink: Ball ink is prepared in the form of small balls and has an attractive appearance.

 * Jahormi color: To prepare this type of color, original Jahorm dates are used.

 * Rangang Roulette: In this type of Rangang, dates are crushed and mixed with flour and then rolled into a roll.

Why rainbow?

 * Unique taste: the combination of dates, flour and spices gives a sweet and hearty taste to rangang.

 * Tonic and energizing: Rangnak is very tonic and energizing due to the presence of dates and flour.

 * Simple and easy: preparing the dye is very simple and its raw materials are easily available.

 * Suitable for any occasion: As a traditional sweet, ranginak is very suitable for serving on various occasions.
