Ramsar Marble Palace: a treasure of history and art in the heart of MazandaranIntroduction:Ramsar Marble Palace, also known as Ramsar Royal Palace, is one of the most exquisite buildings of the Pahlavi period in Iran. This palace was built in 1316 by the order of Reza Shah Pahlavi on a land of 60 hectares on the coast of the Caspian Sea and was used as the summer residence of the Pahlavi family until the revolution of 1357.Architecture and decorations:Ramsar Marble Palace with an area of about 600 square meters is built on two floors using white and pink marble. The architecture of this palace is a fusion of Iranian and European styles, and its interior decorations include exquisite and eye-catching plasterwork, paintings, and mirror work.Museum:After the Islamic Revolution, the Ramsar Marble Palace was turned into a museum, and currently, the Pahlavi family's personal items and accessories, paintings, sculptures, and exquisite dishes are exhibited in it.Tourist Attractions:Palace Garden: The Ramsar Marble Palace Garden, with an area of about 60 hectares, has stout trees, colorful flowers, and eye-catching landscaping.Ramsar Forest Park: Ramsar Forest Park is located in the vicinity of the Marble Palace and is a suitable place for walking, recreation, and enjoying nature.Caspian Sea: The Caspian Sea beach is located near the Marble Palace and provides an opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, and beach recreation.Ramsar Gondola: The Ramsar Gondola, passing through dense forests, displays unique views of Ramsar and the Caspian Sea.Best travel time:The best time to travel to Ramsar and visit the Marble Palace is spring and summer. In these seasons, the climate of Ramsar is cool and pleasant, and the nature of the region is at its most beautiful.Access path:To access the Ramsar Marble Palace, you need to drive from Haraz Road to Ramsar City. After passing through Ramsar, go towards Ramsar Hotel and at the end of the street, you will see the Marble Palace.
