The south porch, which is taller and more magnificent than the other porches, is decorated with mosaic tiles and exquisite moqrans works, and the main entrance of the mosque is located in this porch.Courtyard: The wide and square courtyard of the mosque provides a spiritual and relaxing atmosphere for worshipers. There is a large pond in the middle of the courtyard, and the students' rooms on two floors on the eastern and western sides of the courtyard, seem to give a special order and coherence to the space.Decorations: It is as if the artists have used all their taste in decorating the Sultani Mosque. Mosaic tiles, moqrans work, plastering and exquisite paintings can be seen everywhere in the mosque and give it a stunning beauty. The mihrab of the mosque in the south porch is a masterpiece of mosaic and moqrans tiling that fascinates every viewer.Dome: The high dome of the mosque, which is placed above the south porch, stands out from a distance. The mosaic tiles of the dome give a special and eye-catching effect to the mosque under the sunlight.In addition to the mentioned items:Sultani Mosque has two tall minarets on both sides of the south porch, which add to the majesty of the mosque.The nave of the mosque is located on the north side of the courtyard and provides a large and cool space for worship in the hot seasons of the year.The library of the mosque, which is located on the west side of the courtyard, is a valuable reference for students and researchers of religious sciences.In addition to being a place of worship, Borujerd Sultan Mosque has always been used as a cultural and scientific center. Holding lesson and discussion sessions, Quran recitation chairs, and religious ceremonies are among the activities that are held in this mosque.
