Pink Lake

Pink Lake, also known as Lipar Lagoon, is a lagoon located in the Sistan and Baluchestan Province of Iran. It is known for its unique pink color, which is caused by the presence of Dunaliella salina, a type of salt-tolerant algae. The lake is located about 15 kilometers east of the city of Chabahar and is about 13 kilometers long and 2 kilometers wide. The water in the lake is very salty, with a salinity of about 350 parts per thousand.
