This staircase is a masterpiece of architecture in the heart of Zagros, dating back to the Sasanian era.Dej Part staircase route:To reach the stairs of Dej Part, you need to move from Shahrekord to Naghan and then go to Gezstan village through the side road. After reaching Gezstan village, you have to walk about 2 kilometers in the mountains to reach the stairs.History of Dej Part staircase:The exact date of the construction of Dej Part staircase is not known, but some historians believe that this staircase was built during the Sassanid period. The purpose of building this staircase was to access the fortress that was located on top of the mountain.The architecture of the staircase of Dej Part:The stairs of Dej Part are carved in the heart of the mountain and have 300 steps. This staircase with a width of 2 meters and a height of 30 cm is made of stone and mortar. On both sides of the stairs, there are shelters that are installed for safer passage.Application of the stairs of Dej Part:In the past, the stairs of Part Fortress were used to access the fortress that was located on top of the mountain. This fortress was used as a military fortress and the residence of local rulers.Tourist Attractions:In addition to Dej Part staircase, there are other tourist attractions near this staircase, among them, Khodaafrin Bridge and Zardlimeh Waterfall can be mentioned.Paul God Afarin:Khodaafrin Bridge is a natural bridge located near the steps of Dej Part. This bridge was created as a result of water erosion over the years and is one of the natural attractions of the region.Zardlimeh waterfall:Zardlimeh waterfall is a beautiful waterfall that is located near the stairs of Dej Part. This waterfall flows down from a height of 40 meters and creates an eye-catching view.
