Naseri Palace of Shahristan, a jewel among the mountains and green forests of Alborz, is a summer palace with magnificent architecture and eye-catching decorations, which is considered a relic of the Qajar era. This palace, which is located near the village of Shahristan on the Karaj-Chalos road, is still unknown due to its location and lack of easy access, and is a hidden gem in the heart of Alborz.

History:

Naseri Palace of Shahristan was built in 1275 by the order of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar and for the use of the royal family in the warm seasons of the year. This palace was used during the Qajar and Pahlavi periods, and after the Islamic revolution, it was made available to the public as a museum.

Architecture:

The architecture of Naseri Palace in Shahristan is an example of Qajar era architecture with a combination of Iranian and European elements. This palace is built on two floors with an area of about 1200 square meters and has halls, rooms, porches, and beautiful decorations.
