Narin Qala Meibod, a strong fortress in the heart of the desertNarin Qala Meibod, with an age of more than 5000 years, is the oldest government citadel in the world and the largest adobe and mud building left over from ancient times around the world. This magnificent castle, which is built on the highest hill of Meybod city, is also known as Dej, Kohen Dej, and in the local dialect, Naranj Qala.Journey deep into history:Passing through the gates of the castle, it is as if we are going on a trip to the past. Long and stable windbreaks also play the role of natural air conditioning in the castle.Museum of Anthropology:Narin Qala Museum of Anthropology displays the customs and culture of the Meibod people.
