The last restoration was done in 1379.Architecture:The stone vortex architecture is a clear example of the creativity and innovation of Sassanid architects.Chest vault, the materials used such as stone and mortar and the thickness of the walls show the strength and precision in the construction of this structure.The stone whirlpool has two entrances, one at the top for draining water and the other at the bottom for transferring water to different areas of the city.
