Jame Qain Mosque

Jame Qain Mosque, a jewel in the heart of the desertQain Jame Mosque, also known as Yaqoubi Jame Mosque and Pamnar Mosque, is one of the oldest and most beautiful mosques in Iran. This mosque is located in the center of Qain city in South Khorasan province.The date of construction of Qain Grand Mosque goes back to the Seljuk period. This mosque has been restored many times throughout its history. It was last restored in 1375 by the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization.Jame Qain Mosque has a large and open yard in the center of which is a water tank. Around the yard, there are various porches and porches that are decorated with beautiful brick and tile work.The south porch of Jame Qain Mosque is the largest and most beautiful porch of the mosque. This porch has a long and curved arch decorated with mosaic tiles. On both sides of the porch, there are two tall minarets decorated with brick decorations.The mihrab of Jame Qain Mosque is also very beautiful and eye-catching. This altar is made of plaster and decorated with geometrical and slimy decorations.Jame Qain Mosque is one of the most important historical and cultural places in Qain city. This mosque has witnessed important historical events throughout its history. Today, this mosque is welcomed by many domestic and foreign tourists as a tourist attraction.
