Haft Chenar Wildlife and Natural Artifacts Museum: a treasure of biodiversityThe Haft Chenar Wildlife and Natural Artifacts Museum, located in the north of Tehran's Briyank Square, is a gateway to the wonderful world of Iranian wildlife. This museum, which was established in 1353 under the name of Nature and Hunting Museum, as the first specialized wildlife museum in Iran, houses a unique treasure of taxidermied animals, dried plants, fossils, and stones.A journey in the animal world:Upon entering the Haft Chenar Museum, it is as if you are immersed in the world of animals. More than 2000 animal specimens of different species are displayed in this museum. From large mammals such as lions, tigers, and bears to colorful birds, reptiles, amphibians, and aquatic animals, everyone has gathered in this museum to display a corner of Iran's biodiversity.Variety and variety:Haft Chanar Museum collection displays amazing diversity. Various species of animals from all parts of Iran have been collected in this museum. The Hall of Mammals, the Hall of Birds, the Hall of Reptiles and Amphibians, the Hall of Aquatics, the Hall of Fossils, the Hall of Stones, and the Hall of Plants, are just some of the different sections of this museum, each dedicated to a specific theme.In the Hall of Mammals, you can get to know different species of Iranian mammals, including rams and sheep, deer, zebras, and leopards.Bird Hall takes you to the colorful world of birds. From kingbird and parrot to eagle and falcon, all of them have been displayed in this hall.In addition to animal halls, Haft Chenar Museum also has halls of fossils, rocks, and plants. In these halls, you can learn about the history of the earth, different types of stones, and different plants.
