Gate of Koshk: A gem in the history of QazvinDarb Kushk Gate is one of the most magnificent historical gates of Qazvin city, which was built in the Qajar period by the order of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. This gate, which is located in the north of Qazvin city and at the end of Azadi street (Rare Old), was used in the past as the main entrance of the city from the side of Alamut, Rudbar and Koushk, as well as hunting grounds in the north of Qazvin.Architecture:The gate of the Kushk door with its brick facade and tiling and moqrans decoration is an example of authentic Iranian architecture in the Qajar period. The entrance of the gate with its semicircular arch and decorated arches has given it a magnificent and impressive effect.Historical significance:As one of the main gates of Qazvin city, Derb Koushk gate has witnessed many events throughout history. This gate, along with other historical gates of the city, played an important role in maintaining the security and integrity of Qazvin city.Tourist Attractions:Due to its beautiful and impressive architecture as well as its convenient location, Darb Kushk Gate has become one of the popular tourist attractions in Qazvin city. Many tourists visit this historical gate during their trip to Qazvin and take souvenir photos.
