Falahati Palace of Ilam, a gem in the heart of historyThe Falahati Palace, also known as the Agricultural Palace, dates back to the Qajar period and is located in Ilam city, Ayatollah Abdulrahman Heydari Ilami street. This work was registered as one of Iran's national works on 22 August 2004 with registration number 12786.HistoryFallahati Palace was built in 1326 AH by the order of Gholamreza Khan Vali, the ruler of Elam at the time. This palace was originally the residence of the governor and his family, and later it was used as a government guest house.architectureFalahati Palace was built on a plot of land with an area of 810 square meters and a base of 337 square meters. This palace has a square plan and two floors.The first floor contains the hall, living rooms, and kitchen. The hall of the palace has a gabled arch and stucco decorations.The second floor contains bedrooms and bathrooms.Agricultural MuseumCurrently, Falahati Palace is used as an agricultural museum. In this museum, traditional agricultural tools and equipment, documents related to the agricultural history of Ilam, and samples of agricultural products of the province are displayed.
