Darak


Darak is a village in the Zarabad county of Konarak city (near Chabahar in Sistan and Baluchestan Province), is located where the Sea of Oman reaches the Indian Ocean. The hills and palm trees on the beach create lovely scenes. There are very few such beaches around the world.Darak is a small village with a population of about 1,000 people. The village is located about 170 kilometers to the west of Chabahar and 10 kilometers away from Zarband which is a bigger village than Darak.The village is surrounded by mountains and the sea. The beach in Darak is one of the most beautiful in Iran. The sand is white and the water is clear. There are also many palm trees on the beach.The village is a popular tourist destination.
