Ingredients:

 * Rice

 * Fresh fish (such as hammour, sangsar, sabiti, shir, or gavad)

 * Onion

 * Garlic

 * Turmeric

 * Ground coriander

 * Lemon powder

 * Dried dill

 * Butter

 * Oil

Instructions:

 * Clean the fish and marinate it with the spices.

 * Sauté the onion and then add the rice.

 * Place the fish on top of the rice and mix the ingredients.

 * Add boiling water to the pot and let the rice cook until tender.
