Bilalit: traditional and delicious summer drink

Bilalit is a traditional and popular drink of Iranians, which is very popular in the summer season, especially by the sea. This cool and sweet drink, with the taste of fresh corn, has a pleasant aroma and can quench thirst well.

Bilalite ingredients:

 * Fresh cobs: the most important ingredient of Bilalit is fresh and sweet cobs.

 * Milk: Milk gives Bilalit a special concentration and taste.

 * Sugar: Sugar is used to sweeten blalit.

 * Ice: Ice is used to cool the bilalite.

How to prepare bilalite:

To prepare blalit, first they boil the cobs until they become soft. Then, the cob seeds are removed from the wood and mixed with milk and sugar. This mixture is completely homogenized using a mixer or an electric grinder. Finally, blalit is served with ice.

Properties of Bilalite:

Belalite is rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber due to its milk and cobs. This drink helps digestion, provides energy to the body and can be consumed as a light and healthy snack.
