Azna snow tunnel: an ice masterpiece in the heart of ZagrosThe snow tunnel of Azna is a unique and amazing phenomenon in Iran, which is located on the slopes of Ashtrankoh and in Kamandan area of Azna city. This tunnel is created every year with heavy snowfall and its gradual melting in the spring season. The length of Azna snow tunnel is about 800 meters and its height is between 2.5 and 3 meters.Azna snow tunnel is a popular tourist attraction that attracts many tourists every year. Visitors can walk inside this tunnel and enjoy its ice and snow scenery.In the following, I will mention a few examples of the unique features of the Azna snow tunnel:Pristine and untouched nature: Azna snow tunnel is located in the heart of pristine and untouched nature.Long and high: this tunnel is one of the longest snow tunnels in Iran with a length of 800 meters and a height of 2.5 to 3 meters.Ice and snow scenes: The ice and snow scenes inside the tunnel are very beautiful and eye-catching.Tourist activities: Visitors can walk inside the tunnel, take souvenir photos and enjoy the snowy nature.Tips for visiting:Due to the possibility of falling, visiting the Azna snow tunnel is dangerous and should be done with extreme caution.To go to Azna snow tunnel, you need to go to Azna through Khorram Abad road and then go to Kamandan village.The access route to the tunnel is earthen and mountainous and takes about 2 to 3 hours.Bring suitable clothes and shoes for walking in snow and ice.Do not take small children because of the dangerous and slippery path.
