Main Ingredients of Ash-e Goshavare

 * Ground meat: Ground meat, along with onions and spices, provides the main flavor of the soup.

 * Dough: A dough made from flour, eggs, and water is shaped into earrings and added to the soup.

 * Legumes: Chickpeas and split peas are common legumes that give the soup thickness and flavor.

 * Herbs: Aromatic herbs like chives, parsley, and coriander add a pleasant flavor to the soup.

 * Other ingredients: Fried onions, tomato paste, dried mint, turmeric, salt, and pepper are other components of this delicious soup.
