Anzali Military Museum Palace

Anzali Military Museum Palace, which is also known as Mian Pashteh Palace, is a historical building located in Bandar Anzali city in Gilan province. This palace was built during the first Pahlavi era and by the order of Reza Shah Pahlavi in 1307 and was used as a summer residence of the Pahlavi family until 1320.Palace architectureThe Anzali Military Museum Palace was built on a land of about 5 hectares and has two separate parts called the main palace and the eastern palace. The main palace is a two-story building with a basement, which is made of bricks and stones.Different parts of the museum palaceAnzali Military Museum Palace is currently used as a museum, and various objects and accessories such as military weapons, military uniforms, dishes, carpets and paintings are displayed in it.Among the various parts of Anzali Military Museum Palace, the following can be mentioned:Ceremonial Hall: This hall is located on the first floor of the main palace and was the venue for official ceremonies and reception of guests.Reza Shah's bedroom: This room is located on the first floor of the main palace and was the resting place of Reza Shah Pahlavi when he was in Anzali.Study room: This room is located on the first floor of the main palace and was the study and work place of Reza Shah Pahlavi.War Weapons Museum: In this museum, all kinds of war weapons from different eras are exhibited.Museum of military uniforms: In this museum, all kinds of military uniforms from different eras are exhibited.Ceramics Museum: In this museum, all kinds of pottery, porcelain and glassware from different eras are exhibited.Carpet Museum: In this museum, all kinds of hand-woven Iranian carpets from different eras are displayed.Painting Museum: Paintings by Iranian and foreign artists are exhibited in this museum.palace gardenThe palace garden of Anzali Military Museum has an area of about 5 hectares and there are different types of trees and flowers. This garden is very green and spectacular in spring and summer.
