Aloo mash


Aloo mash is one of the traditional and popular Iranian dishes, which brings a hearty and memorable taste with a combination of mash, plum, onion and aromatic spices. Due to its simple and pleasant taste, this dish is cooked in most parts of Iran and is an integral part of Iranian tables.

Main ingredients of plum mash:

 * Mash

 * Dried plums

 * garlic

 * Turmeric

 * Black pepper

 * Cinnamon

How to prepare (briefly):

 * Soak mung beans and then cook.

 * Fry onion and garlic and then add minced meat (optional).

 * Add dried plums, cooked mung beans and spices to the ingredients.

 * Fry the ingredients together and then add water to it and let it cook on low heat.
