An afternoon with Rémy Gresser

e in the 1600s, the Gresser family has since grown to become a leading wine producer of the area, with seven appellations spanning nearly all Grand Cru vineyards, including Moenchberg, Kastelberg and Wiebelsberg. The wines are renowned for their mineral tastes that reflect Rémy Gresser's studied use of biodynamic methods for the cultivation of the vineyards.

Rémy Gresser transported his audience up into the hills of Adlau, home to his Pinot, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, but most famously and in the greatest abundance, to his Rieslings. His deep appreciation and care for the terrains that for years have been producing such distinctive flavours shined through in his presentation of the fifteen different wines from his domain. Cheeses and cold cuts accompanied the mystical wine flavours.
